As a franchise we started our office in Sosua on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic in 2004. From there we expanded over the North Coast and now have our office in Cabarete and Co-Broker alliances with Coldwell Banker Dominicana and Olimare Real Estate. Both agencies have offices around the island with the main focus on the South and East Coast and the Cibao area. With this network established we cover the whole Dominican Republic with our Sales Agents which is reflected in the extensive Portfolio.
