Her multicultural background and the tropical ambiance of the Dominican Republic brought her here in 2004 and she began working with CB-NC shortly thereafter. Info: Chuck is an American engineer with 46 years of design and construction experience. He has worked internationally in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, England, Japan, and Peru. He and his wife, Billie, chose the North Coast of the Dominican Republic for their retirement. They purchased an ocean front lot in Playa Las Canas and developed their own custom design for a villa.
