Info: Jens-Uwe Pydde is the owner of the Coldwell Banker North Coast real estate franchise. The company was founded in 2004 and currently has its main office in Sosua. A further branch was opened in Cabarete in 2006.
In 2008 the company acquired the franchise license for Puerto Plata and opened another office in Cofresi.Coldwell Banker North Coast has now three offices along the North Coast of Dominican Republic and one of the biggest networks of agents in this region.
In addition, Jens owns Orange Net-Service S.A., one of the leading telecommunications companies, holding a franchise contract with Orange (French Telekom) since 2001. Meanwhile he has established 12 branch offices along the North Coast, one of the largest structures in this very promising sector.
Jens is an entrepreneur who has achieved much in business by perseverance, hard work and the unshakable belief in the right of every client to be well informed. Info: Chuck is an American engineer with 46 years of design and construction experience. He has worked internationally in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, England, Japan, and Peru. He and his wife, Billie, chose the North Coast of the Dominican Republic for their retirement. They purchased an ocean front lot in Playa Las Canas and developed their own custom design for a villa. Chuck worked directly with a couple of Dominican architects to finalize the plans and solicited construction quotations from 4 builders.
